Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a BSOS Developer Portal account or using the Business Signal Operating System (BSOS) API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Developer Portal or the BSOS API.

2. Developer Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all API activity performed using your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. API Usage

The BSOS API is intended for legitimate business integrations, internal systems, SaaS products, OEM partners and enterprise software.

You agree not to misuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform availability, or bypass security mechanisms.

4. API Keys

  • API keys are confidential.
  • Do not embed secret keys inside client-side applications.
  • You are responsible for rotating compromised credentials.
  • Compromised keys may be revoked without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the BSOS API for illegal activities, malicious automation, spam, abusive content, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform or its users.

6. Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance windows, security updates and infrastructure changes may temporarily affect API availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Business Signal Operating System (BSOS), PriorityEngine, APIs, documentation, trademarks and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Alleria AI Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

The BSOS API is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alleria AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Developer Portal after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
